Gkb Unicycle Academy, Lagos
How it began
Lucas Cadonau found the 20 Minuten report about the unicycle troupe on the Internet. Fascinated by their tricks and skills, we tried to make contact with the troupe.
The project
The Gkb Unicycle Academy from Lagos uses the donations to rent an indoor training space, provide the children with food and clothing and ensure that they can go to school.
They learn various circus skills, with unicycling taking center stage. They can earn some money themselves with their shows.
Via the unicycle club ‘Team Ursli’ from Vaduz, which supports the unicycle academy every year, we have now also been able to make our contribution.
